As a Customer Service Quotation Engineer (f/m/d), you are the first point of contact for customers and support and advise them with their service requests. You will independently identify technical components and prepare the appropriate quotations
These will be your tasks:
- Preparation of spare parts and maintenance contract quotations and orders
- Complete order processing
- Checking and managing delivery dates for spare parts orders
- Carrying out the billing/invoicing of service calls and spare parts
- Contact person for customers
- General administrative activities in connection with order processing
- Supporting the Area Sales Manager in all organizational matters
- Administration of the customer relationship management system (CRM)
- Spare parts complaints processing
These are the qualifications we are looking for:
- Completed commercial education/apprenticeship with technical knowledge
- At least 2 – 3 years of professional experience is advantage
- Experienced MS Office skills
- Independent and accurate way of working, high affinity for numbers
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Hands- on mentality and high service orientation
- Organizational talent and enthusiasm
- Team orientation and communicative behavior
- Very good written and spoken Serbian and English skills, German language is an advantage
